Are you an aggressive driver? To date, 15 states have new laws to address the problem – and more states are passing aggressive legislature. Here are some driving behaviors that already apply:

• Speeding

• Failure to obey traffic control devices

• Passing on the right

• Unsafe lane changes

• Following too closely

• Failure to yield right of way

• Driving outside the lanes

• Failure to signal

• Passing a stopped school bus

• Intent to annoy, harass, intimidate or obstruct another driver

• Impeding traffic flow

• Unnecessary sounding of the horn

• Repeatedly flashing headlights
