Don’t forget, you can throw some slices of watermelon on the grill too. Cut it into thick slices and trim off the rind. Brush them with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, grill them for about 3 minutes on each side until you see the grill marks and finish them off with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
