If the bubbles move rapidly to the cup’s edge – it’s going to be a nice day. That’s because high pressure pushes the bubbles outward to the edge of your mug – and high pressure indicates good, clear weather. If the bubbles stay towards the center of the mug, the pressure is dropping and clouds and rain are probably in the forecast.
