It’s easy and filling – and there’s something in there we all need - vitamin D. Most of us don’t get enough D and a bowl of cereal with milk is just what the doctor ordered. A recent study looked at levels of vitamin D in a few different groups of people – and it turns out those who enjoyed a bowl of cereal each day had pretty good levels.
Most breakfast cereals in the U.S. are fortified with vitamins, including D and enjoying a bowl of a variety low in sugar and high in fiber with vitamin D rich milk is a delicious way to get your levels up a bit.
