Vive le Butter!

The French eat a LOT more butter than we do – but have much less heart disease...
 
If you like butter – have a side salad with that. The French eat about three times as much butter as we do – but don’t develop heart disease as much. Dr. Stephen DeFelice says that’s because they’re much better at balancing things out. The wine and olive oil is a good start - but the French get more nutrients with a wider range of food than most Americans do. A typical day includes a sampling from every food group for 90% of the French – while only one in three Americans accomplish that.
