Ahhh - the office cubicle. Don’t get too attached to yours – it could be going away soon!
Gensler is a design firm in San Francisco – and they’ve renovated offices for 70% of the Fortune 500 companies. The ones that still use cubicles have shrunk them from 8 x 10 to 5 x 5. They say the most popular remodeling trend now is the open-space seating found at companies like Facebook – they’re considered more team-oriented – and save a TON of money for the company.
