Good posture is head and shoulders above all other body language! That’s because it’s really duel action. That poised or perfect stance conveys confidence and ability to people around us – and has a big effect on our own psyche too. Researchers at Stanford Graduate School of Business say that a powerful posture activates a sense of power that produces behavioral changes in a person, regardless of their job title.
There’s more to good posture than just standing there – you’re limbs have to be on board. If you can rest one arm on something near you – you’ll look more high-ranking according to the study.
