When is the last time you ate some Brazil nuts?
If you’re a man, you should be enjoying those on a regular basis. Brazil nuts are particularly good for guys because they’re packed with selenium which reduces cholesterol and the risk of heart attack. Pistachios are also good for men. In a recent study, men who ate these nuts on a regular basis had improved blood flow and sexual stamina.
Women should be going a little nuts too. Almonds are a girl’s best friend with plenty of protein, fiber, cesium and iron. Hazelnuts are another good choice. They’ve got lots of folate with protects against birth defects and heart disease.
