If you’re prone to back pain, stock up on Cheerios.

One of America’s favorite cereals can actually help stave off back pain. 

According to a study in the journal Pain, eating cereals fortified with a combination of B vitamins, such as Cheerios, can provide some relief for back pain in about 30 minutes. You’ll need to drink a big glass of water with that bowl of cereal. The water will help to re-hydrate your spinal discs while the Cheerios go to work at reducing inflammation and blocking pain signals.
