Can you be overweight AND in good shape?


People who are overweight are not necessarily in bad shape...

A recent study looked at the relationship between body fat and fitness. The researchers discovered that those who were lean and exercised were healthier than fat people who exercised – but the difference was small.

To determine if you’re physically fit, regardless of your weight, check your fitness. If you’re fit, you should be able to walk 30 minutes without stopping - and climb a flight of stairs without gasping for breath.
