A new study published in Breast Cancer Research and Treatment found that girls who eat peanuts or peanut butter twice a week were less likely to develop benign breast disease. Other studies have already spread some peanut and peanut butter health benefits, including a decreased risk of cardiovascular disease and a boost to our antioxidant levels.
If you’re allergic to peanuts, consider working beans, lentils and soybeans into your diet, as they have many of the same good-for-us properties as peanuts.
