• Eat crunchy fruits and vegetables. They’re naturally abrasive and help protect your teeth from stains and bacteria.
• Eat cheese. It’s great for the outer layer of enamel and even helps to prevent cavities.
• Brush with berries. Mash strawberries into a paste, apply to teeth and leave it there for 5 minutes. They help remove stains and plaque.
• Use baking soda and lemon juice. Mix it into a paste, brush it on and let it sit for a minute. Just don’t overdo it. Once a week is plenty.
