Take a walk today. Researchers at the University of Arizona say those of us who walk every day sleep much better at night. Try for at least the equivalent of 6 city blocks. That’s 3 blocks out and 3 blocks back. That 6 block distance could add 15 to 60 minutes to your deep sleep cycle.
